U.S. Senate Condemns International Parental Child Abduction As Sociopathic Behavior By Abducting Parents



In the past, and I know this first-hand due to my own experiences, but society generally did not understand the abuse and danger a child faces when they are parentally kidnapped. The misconceived notion that parental abduction was simply a
 child custody issue was wide-spread seven years ago. Truth is - as loudly declared by the United States Senate this past December 4th, 2012 - international parental child abduction is a highly abusive, destructive, and dangerous act directed at a targeted parent by typically an out-of-control, vengeful parent who demonstrates narcissism and sociopathic behavior, and who tragically uses an innocent child as a pawn to create a destructive environment that at times places both child and targeted parent in extreme danger.

On December 4th, 2012 the United States Senate unanimously passed Senator Barbara Boxter's (D-CA) sponsored Senate Resolution 543.  The passage of SR 543 is a major step in the fight to protect children from abduction.
